The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.

PRICES

All prices are VAT inclusive.

AVAILABILITY

We do our utmost to ensure availability and that shipping takes place within the published shipping times.

DELIVERY POLICY

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will usually be processed within 48 hours and shipping confirmed by way of email notification. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

If the item is out of stock the customer will be notified via email.  Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. 
Options for delivery are via the Postal Service and are:
Counter to Counter (Normal Post) to Postal address:  3 - 5 working days depending on location.
Counter to Counter (Speed) to Postal address: 1 – 3 working days depending on location.

SHIPPING
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Postage method: Delivery to P O Box address (collection at post office)
We dispatch orders within 48 hours of confirmation of payment. We make use of Counter-to-Counter Service of SA Post Office and your order should reach you within 3-5 working days depending on your location.

VIA POST OFFICE
Shipping with the SA Post Office is counter-to-counter with tracking numbers. This means the items are shipped to your nearest Post Office Counter where you must go and collect your item with your ID document.

You select the destination SA Post Office at time of placing your order. Your tracking number is emailed to you once the item has been shipped from our warehouse.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped via SA Post Office that are held up at their depots for any reason nor will we accept responsibility for items arriving damaged. Delays are however the exception according to our experience and shipping via this method is the most cost effective solution.

If you have a query with your order once you have received it or have an item missing you need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Thereafter, we cannot entertain any queries for missing items after 14 days.

Orders shipped via the SA Postal Service are assigned a Tracking Number. Your item can be tracked via the internet on www.sapo.co.za
